of the appropriate state where the inmate is located.
ECS offers correspondence courses completely free of charge (no strings attached) to any inmate in North America, including all mailing costs. ECS offers over 80 courses in English and nearly 45 in Spanish. Our courses are academically oriented tools of instruction offered to inmates at popular (non-college credit) level. We approve and acknowledge, "prison coordinators" in each state that act as distributors, graders, and record keepers.
